Here's a quick summary of the interview:

Fitness coach, Stephen Campolo shares his journey from being morbidly obese to delivering a TEDx talk with over 100,000 views on the key to his success and the success of his clients. When designing a TEDx talk that integrates your business, here are a few takeaways:

1. As a rule, you cannot sell from the TEDx stage or promote any particular organization. And even if you could, "selling" would not be a compelling way to help your audience. So, don't do it or your talk won't get published.

2. Your audience is paramount. Know their pain points so well that your talk feels like a conversation. Focus on creating transformation. How can you move your audience from where they are to where the could be in short amount of time? Stay focused on one problem to solve.

3. A TEDx talk is not just a personal story, but you can (and should) use stories to illuminate the problem or solution(s). This is where your personal experience/work can show your credibility and in turn help the audience see how people work with you. Your audience is smart. They will connect the dots.

4. Focus on a title that uses keywords your audience is already searching for. At the end of the day your talk becomes a YouTube video, so we want make sure that's it's searchable. "How to" talks are popular for this reason, but they aren't the only way to draw people in.

5. Share it! Once your talk goes live it's yours to share for whatever purposes you want. This is your moment to directly align it with the work that you do. Launch it like you would any other asset in your business, like a book or course. If you can jump start the YouTube algorithm, then YouTube will start suggesting it to people... this is how talks go viral.
